Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
Roughly 30 minutes per 1000 songs per playlist. That's because we are actually asking AI to check each song. We are not just matching songs based on their genre or BPM's.
How to get best results
For best results, be clear and ask for exactly what you want - vague or contradictory prompts can confuse the AI and may return an empty playlist. Include a seed track (ideally 1–3), because the system infers the vibe—genre, era, energy/tempo, instrumentation from the seed and aligns it with your description. Use concrete cues like “night driving, synthwave, 100–120 BPM, no vocals,” and make sure you actually have songs in your library that fit the genre or vibe you’re asking to sort (if you request Afrobeat but don’t have any Afrobeat tracks, the playlist may come back empty).
Why do I get charged when a playlist is empty?
Our AI had to go though each of your tracks to determine it wasn't a fit. To ensure this doesn't happen though make your description and tags as clear as possible. And use the seed tracks also to make it super clear what you're looking for. Also make sure you have selected songs that might fit into that playlist.
Only one discount can be applied at a time
Playlist discounts will be not be applied if you are applying another discount. Don't worry though. If you have another discount code it will defintley be an even better discount.
Discounts don't apply if minimum spend is not reached
So minimum spend even with a discount is $5 USD. So keep adding songs and playlists till you get your discount 😊
